Elementary

Teaching the Catechism through the dynamic of traditional book lessons & activities peppered with inspiring retreats and guest speakers (k-5)
Grade 1 Faith Formation is held on Tuesdays  from 6:00 - 7:30 at Sacred Heart Atrium or Wednesdays from 6:00 - 7:30 at St. Marys Parish Center or Sacred Heart Atrium from 5:50 - 7:20pm

Grade 1 is required prior to participation in the Sacramental Preparation program.  

First Reconciliation:
First Reconciliation prepartion is for the second grade level. Classes are held on Wednesdays from 6:00 - 7:30 at the St. Marys church Parish Center.   It is open to all students in 2 grade  or older who have previously been involved in at least one year of Faith Formation.  No child can register for grade 2 if they have not attended one year of formal religious education class at a Catholic parish or Catholic school.  In order to qualify for completing 1 year of instruction, the child must have been present for a minimum of 3/4th of the student classes or provide a letter of complettion from their pastor or director of the parish program they attended stating such.  
A 3 hour prepartory retreat is required prior to the celebration of the sacrament.  Parental support and involvement is essential during periods of the sacramental preparation.

First Ecuaharist:
First Eucharist preparation is for the third grade class.  You must have celebrated the sacramtns of Baptism and First Reconciliation prior to the celebration of First Eucharist.  Students are required to participate in a retreat as part of the preparation program.  Parental involvement and support is essential during the periods of sacramental preparation.
